Head of Sales – UK and EMEA – REMOTE

Job Summary:

We are actively searching for a dynamic and accomplished Head of Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives in the UK and EMEA regions. The successful candidate will leverage their proven track record in selling software services to mid-sized to Fortune 1000 companies to drive revenue growth and play a pivotal role in the success of our organization. This role presents a unique opportunity for a strategic sales leader to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to enhance business opportunities.
  3. Identify market trends and opportunities, providing valuable insights to inform product and service development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer solutions.
  5. Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, presenting insights to the executive team for informed decision-making.
  6. Oversee the sales pipeline, conduct accurate forecasting, and manage budget responsibilities.

  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Strategic thinker with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales goals.
  5. In-depth knowledge of the software services industry and awareness of emerging trends.
  6. Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership experience.
  3. Prior experience in the software services industry is required.
