About the Organisation
We are a specialist consultancy delivering modern software and digital solutions to help clients address complex technical challenges. Our work spans new product development, modernisation of legacy systems, and transformation initiatives—built not just effectively, but in the right way.
Our team is made up of seasoned professionals. We don’t operate on volume or entry-level staffing; instead, we focus on depth of experience and the ability to deliver value from day one. Our structure blends permanent staff with highly skilled independent contractors, ensuring flexibility and excellence.
We’re committed to long-term relationships—with both clients and team members. We prioritise purpose-driven work, strong values, and partnerships that align with our way of working. The result is a work culture that’s collaborative, sustainable, and focused on doing the right thing.
Regional Context – UK North
This role sits within the UK North business unit—our largest and fastest-growing region, generating over £100 million in revenue and comprising more than 2,000 consultants. The broader network spans Europe, India, the US, South Africa, and Australia, with over 4,000 professionals globally.
In FY2025-2026, our target is to secure three new “anchor clients”—organisations with revenues exceeding £500 million, who are investing in technology and seek long-term, high-value partnerships.
The Role of Client Principal
The Client Principal (CP) acts as the primary contact and trusted advisor for key client relationships. This role is both strategic and hands-on—responsible for creating new opportunities, guiding the full sales lifecycle, and fostering deep, lasting client partnerships.
You’ll be expected to identify client needs, shape value-led proposals, and collaborate with internal teams (Engagement Managers, Enablement, Service Leads, etc.) to craft the right solution.
Given our consultative approach, sales cycles can be long. Success in this role comes from persistence, thoughtful engagement, and a strong grasp of the client’s goals and pain points over time.
You will be instrumental in shaping the region’s growth and reputation.
