Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Sales Director, you will:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Financial Management: Utilize your budgeting expertise to manage resources efficiently and report progress accurately.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, track, and analyze extensive data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to ensure client success.
  • Leadership: Showcase your outstanding leadership and organizational skills to inspire and guide the sales team.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Experience: 11-15 years of experience in account director or similar roles within technology companies.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven history of meeting sales targets and driving profitability.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of budgeting and progress reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships.
  • Leadership: Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Listening Skills: Excellent active listening skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external client teams.
  • Education: BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.

Desirable:

  • Trade Finance: Knowledge of Trade Finance.
  • PMP Qualification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Salesforce: Working knowledge of Salesforce.
