Field Marketing Manager – Remote – German Speaking

We are currently hiring Field Marketing Manager (100% Remote).

The client is a global leader in the software industry, seeking a talented individual to join their team as a German-Speaking Field Marketing Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Shape and tailor local marketing strategies to align with EMEA marketing goals and local sales targets.
  • Execute targeted lead generation campaigns across various channels (LinkedIn, Media, Website) for specific account segments, verticals, and personas.
  • Coordinate and manage tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and Centric events.
  • Drive large account conversions through the development of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Create and deploy campaign assets and collaterals.
  • Analyze campaign results using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Marketing Manager to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough market, database, and competition analyses.
  • Explore data to define segmentation.
  • Coordinate with freelancers and external agencies.
  • Manage budget and accounting.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an IT/software environment.
  • Business School degree or equivalent in Marketing.
  • Proficient understanding of Inbound and marketing automation practices (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM use (Salesforce).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomous with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Languages: German (native) + English (Fluent).
