Primary responsibilities include:
Sales Engagement, Assisting the EMEA sales team in achieving revenue targets by:
- Drive the discovery processes to help qualify an opportunity from both a business and a technical perspective,
- Analyze the customer’s business realities and requirements and help identify areas of business improvement,
- Response to RFx’s, the development of winning presentations and proposals and management of other customer communications during pursuit of an opportunity,
- Keep a repository of RFP and IT technical responses,
- You utilize the insights you gained of customer’s requirements and your deep understanding of the solution capabilities to articulate the business impact that our company solutions can bring,
- And you help design a winning approach with a clear value driven message.
- Where necessary you will prepare and conduct product demonstrations to support the sales engagement and convince the customer stakeholders,
Solution Strategy, partner with customer Business and IT teams to:
- develop an accurate understanding of business needs,
- qualify opportunities from both a business and a technical perspective and
- define a solution strategy which delivers business value.
Competitive Planning, anticipating and planning for competitive threats within sales opportunities.
Innovation Catalyst, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Customers, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services) to drive innovation and enhance brand awareness.

Required Expertise
- Proven track record of success using a solution-selling approach in the logistics solutions space.
- 4-6 years’ experience in presales, product management, product marketing, or (technical) sales within logistics and/or advanced SaaS solutions.
- Transportation management solutions (TMS), E2E Visibility and/or Routing, Mobile & Telematics (RMT)
- Effective solution vision development – ability to see and present ‘the big picture’ – uncover business challenges and architect solutions to solve customer problems.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong business and technical acumen.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to deliver engaging presentations to both small and large audiences, whether remotely or onsite.
- Possession of a commercial mindset with a deep commitment to delivering value to customers.
- Readiness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second European language preferred.

- A university degree is required to excel in this role.
