Solution Consultant / Pre Sales – The Nordics

Primary Responsibilities:
• Leads discovery process to help qualify an opportunity from both a business and a technical perspective;
• Creates and manages product demonstrations to support the sales process for:
✓ Customs
✓ TM-ID
• Transfers knowledge to other participant on the deal and/or account teams
• Supports for RFI, RFP, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications during pursuit
• Establishes the validity of a solution and its components with both short- and long-term implications when proposing business
• Partners effectively with others to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction
• Builds customer loyalty through being a trusted advisor
• Applies consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities
• Anticipates and plans for competitive threats within a sales opportunity
• Works with customer Information Technology (IT) and Business management to develop an accurate understanding of business needs and feasible solutions
• Gathers and assesses customer needs, both business and technical, and create a high level solution design with integration as required

 

Required Education and Skills:
• At least 5 years of technology sales and/or pre-sales experience
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and/or transportation systems role
• Technical acumen
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Language skills : Mother tongue: Swedish/ Fluent in English
• Ability to present to both small and large groups
• University Degree
