  • Monitoring feedback and tracking website engagement; following this with the compilation of reports
  • Building PR distribution lists
  • Establishing relationships with customers-both new and existing



  • Proven work experience as a Community or Social Media Manager
  • Excellent communication/content writing skills
  • BS degree in marketing or relevant field
  • Experience using Hootsuite, HubSpot scheduling and analytical tools
