Service Desk Lead

Our client are looking to hire an experienced service or help desk manager from a software background. The client are a provider of solutions to clients across UK and Ireland and are growing the team in line with demand. This role which report to the Head of Operations will be hands on in leading client relationships at an escalated level as well as managing a small team . It is important that this person has SQL skills and that they can show where and how they have improved service delivery for clients.
