Head of Support

Our client are a leading and successful SME software business. They are looking to hire a hands on head of support and services. The person will be responsible for managing an established support team (1st, 2nd and 3rd line) and also manage client relationships as escalated contact. The person will also seek to deliver best practice process and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.

The candidate will be from a software industry background and be able to demonstrate skills/familiarity with SQL as well as being a good leader and relationship manager
